For spring/summer 2022, the focus is on versatile pieces which can be adapted for various purposes, in a harmonious material palette that co-ordinates effortlessly throughout any project. Each design encapsulates Astro’s pared-down aesthetic and sits confidently within any style of interior.
One clear example is the Edward collection. Designed specifically for hospitality settings, where it adds a sophisticated glow to the bedroom interior, the collection includes a single wall light, a twin wall light and a compact desk lamp. A traditional style filtered through a modern lens, its decorative details are pared down in favour of clean, fluid lines. The design pairs with the Tapered Drum 155 shade in fabric or metal finishes, allowing for dramatically different looks depending on the combinations chosen.
All feature the same robust die-cast construction, in matt black with light-reflecting matt gold details. Robust casting is used as a junction between the base and the stem for a functional yet beautiful component that perfectly positions the arm.
