Welsh furniture designer, Bethan Gray, will present Inside Design, an exhibition of her work at Great Western Studios in West London between 26th April and 9th May. The second in a new series, the exhibition will explore Bethan’s emphasis on understated luxury and longevity, highlighting the importance of high-quality material and craftsmanship in her practice.
Alongside well-known designs, such as the Brogue Table, previously unseen and new pieces will be on display – including a recently-developed range of home accessories made of stone. The exhibition will provide an insight into the design and manufacturing processes that go into the creation of each piece.
Inside Design with Bethan Gray has been curated in partnership with the Design Museum. Students on the MA Curating Contemporary Design course at Kingston University were invited to present their ideas for the space. Students Joshua Bradwell and Caroline Roberts have been selected to assist in curating the final exhibition.
