Jumeirah Carlton Tower, London, has made two new appointments to its mamagement team. Claire Mahon has joined the luxury hotel as MICE sales manager, while Delphine Maillard has taken on the role of director of food and beverage.
In her new role, Claire will be responsible for meeting prospective clients, growing key account relationships and identifying new business opportunities, alongside managing monthly and annual budgets for the MICE team.
Claire joins Jumeirah Carlton Tower with a wealth of experience, having built a solid sales reputation in the hotel industry working for properties including Radisson Blu Edwardian, The Mayfair and, most, recently Great Hotels of the World.

Delphine, meanwhile, oversees all operations at the hotel, including The Rib Room Bar & Restaurant, Chinoiserie, The Club Room and banqueting, ensuring that high-quality dining experiences continue to be enjoyed by guests at Jumeirah Carlton Tower.
Hailing from France, Delphine has over 15 years of experience, having held a variety of roles including restaurant manager, event operations manager, and food and beverage manager before advancing to the position of food and beverage director in 2008. Delphine has worked at renowned restaurants and hotels including Le Gavroche, The Gleneages Hotel, The Westin Dubai and, most recently, Kurumba Maldives.
