The Manchester Hotelier’s Association (MHA) will again host its prestigious ball and awards ceremony at the Palace Hotel, Manchester, on Friday 25th October to raise much-needed funds for industry charity, Hospitality Action.
The MHA Ball is one of the largest events in the industry calendar in the North-west, and has committed to supporting Hospitality Action for the past seven years, with last year’s event raising £18,000.
The evening will see up to 500 hoteliers come together for a night of celebration, entertainment and fine dining. An award ceremony will celebrate emerging and established talent, with accolades such as brightest new star, employee of the year (front of house), employee of the year (back of house) and the Howard Raynor Lifetime Achievement Award up for grabs.
Stephen Miles, chairman of the MHA, says: “This will be the 10th annual MHA ball, with total funds raised for Hospitality Action just under £106,000. The event is a fantastic opportunity for us to once again support the charity while recognising some of the stars from our industry.
“It is an exciting year for Manchester, with confirmation of the first National Hospitality Academy, Hotel Future, which all members of the association have the opportunity to become involved in.”
A limited number of tickets are still available for the event. To book tickets, readers should contact Sheila via telephone (0161 835 8958) or email.
