Independent luxury hotel group, Alexander Hotels, has won three AA Rosettes for two of its properties at the prestigious AA Awards ceremony held in London last week. The AA Rosette Award for Culinary Excellence was presented to Alexander House Hotel, East Grinstead, and Langshott Manor Hotel, Horley.
“We are absolutely thrilled,” says hotel founder and MD, Peter Hinchcliffe. “Obtaining three new AA Rosettes for Alexander House and Langshott Manor is a huge honour. We are extremely proud on a personal and professional level, and are delighted that the hard work and dedication of our team has been acknowledged by the AA.”
In little over a year, the five-star Alexander House has been awarded five AA Stars and now three AA Rosettes. Executive chef, Mark Budd, utilises a fusion of French and European influences and high-quality ingredients in the creation of the menu.
Phil Dixon, executive chef at the four-star Langshott Manor hotel, creates experimental dishes that are influenced by the seasons. The ingredients used are sourced from local suppliers and the property’s own gardens.
