US-based Whitewood Industries, a manufacturer and supplier of mid-priced casual dining furniture, has incorporated a contract division into its current offering thanks its acquisition of Sedgewick Industries.
Jorge Mata, CEO at Whitewood Industries, comments: “Our vision some 30-plus years ago was to always look for opportunities to grow, as well as offer our customers the very best service and product the industry has to offer. Sedgewick Industries’ core values are in line with our own. We have long wanted to break into the contract industry. The synergies of Whitewood Industries and Sedgewick Industries will ensure the future growth of both companies.”
The founders of Sedgewick Industries, Kim and Leslie Crossman, will continue to manage production, and the company’s current staff will stay in place.
Located at 667 West Ward Ave in High Point, NC, Sedgewick Industries, sold under the name Custom Contract Furnishings, has been in business for twenty plus years and is a provider to fine contract suppliers throughout the U.S.
