Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts – a renowned name in the luxury hospitality sector – has announced that its first venture in”Korea is currently under construction in Seoul. The announcement is made in partnership with Mirae Asset Global Investments, a market leader in Korea’s real estate investment sector. “
Due to open in May 2015, Four Seasons Hotel Seoul will be situated in the Central Business District of Seoul, which houses all the major financial institutions, government offices, shopping venues and historic sites.
This 25-storey building, with seven levels of underground floors, spans a 4,117m² site in Sejongro Square. Offering 317 luxury guest rooms, several top quality restaurant venues, conference facilities and a state-of-the-art fitness centre, the hotel is expected to attract Seoul’s domestic and foreign travellers alike.
Internationally renowned interior designers – amongst them LTW, AvroKO and AFSO – are working alongside local architect, Heerim, and local interior designers, Kesson on the hotel’s design.
