D&D London has announced the appointment of Jeremy Trehout as Head Chef at contemporary French restaurant, Plateau, in Canary Wharf.
Trehout has worked at a number of high end French restaurants in London since moving to the capital in 2006, including the Bleeding Heart, La Petite Maison, Coq d’Argent and most recently working as Head Chef at Koffmann’s, run by Michelin starred chef Pierre Koffmann.
“I’m really excited about becoming head chef at Plateau!” says Jeremy. “It’s such a beautiful restaurant and I look forward to welcoming both our regular guests, and also appealing to a new crowd with a few exciting changes to the menu.”
