With ten years’ experience of global bespoke projects, current clients including Foster+Partners, Selfridges&Co and British Land. The studio is now putting that same creative process into the creation of light products aimed at the high end hospitality market.
The Evoke collection is inspired by Haberdashery‘s memories of natural light – something that is subtly different for each and every person. The first in the range is the Canopy pendant, inspired by the dappled light falling through a forest canopy, realised as a gentle animation across its hand-blown lead crystal shade.
The custom-designed LED display and optics break up the white light into warmer and cooler hues across the shade itself, with a 3000k 80CRI task light also falling on the surface below. Canopy is ideal as a single unit above a table or as a cluster hanging in an atrium, due to the cable having a structural core allowing a 10m drop.
Further products from the Evoke range will be launched through 2017.
