Located in the new Cannon Green building, an 82,000 square foot mixed-use modern office and retail space, The Listing is a new concept from the 20-strong hospitality group, headed up by Jillian MacLean.
The dramatic double height glazed space has been designed by Fusion Design & Architecture. To contrast with the building’s industrial exterior and The Listing’s unique concrete ‘stair’ ceiling, the 152-cover interior is a mix of calming colours and textures from the washed-out timbers through to the marble-topped tables, eau de nil tiles, aged mirror and touches of brass.
A leather-clad bar curves through the space to the main lounge with its ‘infusion’ and ‘indulgence’ counters, dedicated to mixology, wine and food tastings.
The restaurant is dominated by the open kitchen and dining counter whilst other features include curvaceous booths and display shelving laden with striking homeware, books and trailing plants. A year-round al fresco terrace with hanging planters and botanical-inspired lighting overlooks Suffolk Lane and provides an additional 26 covers.
On-trend palm prints and trailing plants surround the central leather bar, whilst ‘infusion’ and ‘indulgence’ counters offer an exciting array of bespoke cocktails, beautifully crafted by expert mixologists.
