Hélène Darroze’s two Michelin starred restaurant at The Connaught in London is set to close its doors for a two-month, full refurbishment and modernisation from Sunday 14th July.
The multi award-winning restaurant, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year, will not only undergo design alterations to the main dining room, but will also incorporate a new Chef’s Table and boast a dedicated Armagnac Room for pre and post dinner drinks and private events.
The re-opening, scheduled for mid-September 2019, will showcase a new menu, rooted in Hélène’s culinary style, with a larger focus on British producers and suppliers.
The refurbishment will be led by acclaimed French design house, Pierre Yovanovitch Architecture d’Intérieur. Pierre’s aesthetic focuses on bold re-imaginings of historic spaces, combining the contemporary with luxury materials.
