Luxury bathing takes on a new perspective with the brand new Mattis freestanding bath, part of the Keramag Design portfolio. Where a project needs a statement bath, Mattis is the solution.
Launched at the end of May, Mattis is the brand’s first freestanding bathtub and will complement all of the five design collections, giving designers an extended choice in back to wall, built in and freestanding options.
With organic lines and a contemporary design, the Mattis bath is created from resin stone – a high quality material that’s warm to the touch, while being resistant to heat, shock and chemicals. It also keeps the bath water warmer for longer and offers good sound proofing qualities. The surface is durable, easy to clean and offers the benefit of being repairable.
Measuring 1700 x 800 x 650mm, Mattis offers the design flexibility of a relatively standard bath size, while the shelf detail means that it looks stylish sitting against a wall or freestanding in the middle of the room. Optically, however, it gives the impression of a much larger bath and assures an uber-luxurious bathing experience with an abundance of water to soak in. Mattis conforms to Class 1 European Regulations.
