Launched at Stockholm Furniture Fair, the new Dent chair design from Blå Station possesses a uniquely-textured appearance, which nonetheless offers high levels of comfort. Born of an attempt to mould a double-curved shell out of a hard, flat surface, the irregular dents and imperfections of Dent – though initially deemed a failure – were eventually embraced and celebrated by Blå Station.
Made from compressed and moulded ash veneer, Dent’s colour range includes natural, red, light grey and black. The range offers two different bases – non stackable and stackable – made from tubular steel which can be natural or lacquered, with a swivel version soon to be available.
