Most recently, the ercol Holland Park Chair has been selected for both Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s River Cottage Canteen in Bristol and The Perkin Reveller, a new restaurant located at Tower Wharf outside the Tower of London. Furthermore, ercol’s iconic Butterfly chair was chosen for three Las Iguanas restaurants, at Westfield Stratford, Cambridge and the South Bank Centre. All were specified in a painted aqua finish. Meanwhile, the Stacking chair was selected for Le Bistrotheque in London and by American restaurant chain, Chipotle, for its new ShopHouse Southeast Asian restaurants.
