January marked a busy month for surface pattern designer, Kirath Ghundoo, with the launch of her new wallpaper collection, India 14.
Drawing inspiration from her travels in India, Kirath’s latest collection embraces the bright colours and soft lines of the country’s architecture. Two patterns, Taj and Pink City, bring together these elements with a rich Indian red tone, offset with muted pastel hues.
Designed digitally and printed in England on 170gsm non-woven wallpaper, the collection allows for a drop, paste, cut and re-apply technique to limit wastage.
