Lucentia, a Manchester-based design house specialising in bespoke interior solutions, is making its debut appearance at the Surface Design Show 2017 on Stand 270.
The company is treating the exhibition as a launch pad for introducing its collection of surface design solutions to a wider audience.
Lucentia’s site specific solutions for partitioning, glazing, walls and facades are used across a diverse range of sectors, including workplace, leisure, education and healthcare. Some of its most prominent designs have been utilised for Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, a 1900 Carnegie Library and a host of premium office developments.
“We pride ourselves on our personalised and versatile approach to every project, creating concepts and solutions tailored for each client,” explains Stella Corrall, Creative Director at Lucentia.
“Islington is at the heart of London’s design community, which means the Surface Design Show provides us with a unique opportunity to engage with some of the nation’s top architects and designers, our target audience.”
The stand will feature a variety of material solutions, such as digitally printed films for glass decoration and printed wallpapers. Central to Lucentia’s offering will be its printed designs on Lintec Wincos non-PVC optically clear window film and Lintec Wallcos wallpaper, both of which deliver accurate colour performance with a variety of print effects.
Lintec Graphic Films’ range plays a key role in the delivery of Lucentia’s designs, as they produce frosting, bold colour and white layer effects, all of which inform the design house’s distinctive visual style.
The stand will also include a light panel, which will incorporate printed Lintec film with slim LED sheet, showcasing Lucentia’s ability to create tailored lighting solutions for interior spaces. The additional use of tuneable LEDs or customised RGB colour models, as well as dimmers and sensors, help personalise the atmosphere further.
