The upcoming Cersaie exhibition will be the stage on which Peronda launches its new Silica series. Borne from the search for exclusivity and delicacy, the series is the new jewel of the Museum collection.
Silica is the interpretation of a semi-precious agate stone, which is distinguished by its crystallization of silica. This is formed within volcanic rocks thanks to the contrast in temperature between the inside and the outside of the lava.
The Museum collection reinterprets the semi-precious stones by adapting them to polished porcelain tiles, which allows for the creation of surfaces with movement and a striking aesthetic.
Two colour options are available, both of which are offered in 44 x 44cm formats. Thanks to its tonal hue, Silica G brings a sense of simplicity and sophistication. Grey tones subtly play with blues and browns, creating a chromatic range that until now had not existed in Peronda’s line of product.
Silica H, on the other hand, is composed of warmer tones. Beige is mixed through the crystallization and veins with grey brushstrokes, thus generating a contrast in harmony that makes for a rich, complete and avant-garde product.
