DuraStyle is a distinctive bathroom series designed by Matteo Thun for Duravit with a visual lightness and simplicity of form.
A characteristic design feature is the narrow, elegant rim around the washbasin, and the tapered outer edge that neatly slopes inward. Washbasin and toilet thus appear slender and understated, with an almost weightless look.
DuraStyle’s lightweight properties are also reflected in the furniture. A successful mix of open and closed surfaces gives the vanity units, consoles and cupboards a light and airy appearance.
The combination of light and dark decors and wood shades creates additional interest. The bath tub is distinguished by an upward lip on the near rim that can hold bathing essentials, while also offering support when getting in and out of the bath.
