Wallcovering designer and manufacturer, Innovations, has introduced four sumptuous new designs to its collection for 2013, now available through Altfield.
Featuring raised prints to provide visual depth and sophistication, Innovations’ Baroque and Calvados designs are both comprised of wood pulp and paper sourced from managed forests.
Baroque evokes the romance of age and antiquity with its muted tones, and a grand stippled damask pattern which fades softly around the edges. Conjuring up an image of time-worn opulence, this striking wallcovering is available in six colours.
Calvados creates a more modern aesthetic, its gently undulating raised pattern creating a painterly impression of the traces left by waves upon the sand. Available in six luminous colours, this unique design creates a statement within any interior setting.
Demonstrating the unexpected luxury of sustainable materials, the Pietra and Gilded Cork designs demonstrate the eye-catching quality of natural cork. Pietra, offered in four colours, suggests the urban aesthetic of weathered concrete, with a suitable shimmer for a bold, modern aesthetic.
The Gilded Cork design, meanwhile, seamlessly blends the natural look and texture of cork with the glitz and glamour of a white tie soiree.
These attractive wallcoverings are part of Innovations’ groundbreaking Innvironments collection of environmentally-friendly interior products. The designs are permeable, to aid in the reduction of mould and mildew, and are free of chemical additives, PVC, chlorine, heavy metals and urea-formaldehyde. Only water-based inks and coatings are used.
