Axminster Carpets has appointed Chantel Summers as financial director. As a direct result of this new senior executive appointment, Josh Dutfield has been able to delegate his day-to-day financial responsibilities to take on a new strategic board position as commercial director. Josh will now take responsibility for all commercial and sales aspects of the business.
Josh says: “I’m delighted to be taking on this exciting new role, a first in Axminster Carpets’ history. This is a role in which I feel I can add great value using the heritage of my relationships with our customers and my in-depth technical knowledge of the business together with our weaving skills.”
