Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts has announced that it will open its first hotel residence in Thailand this October.
A new hospitality concept combining hotel and serviced apartments, Banyan Tree’s newest brand, Cassia, features cutting-edge design, colourful street art and customised living and dining options.
Opening within the Group’s integrated beach resort of Laguna Phuket, Cassia Phuket will offer 221 stylish residences complemented by a special opening offer that can be tailored to the specific needs of guests.
Each of the one and two-bedroom apartments will feature a separate living room and fully-equipped kitchen, while many will feature a loft hang-out with striking views over the lagoon, ocean or park.
Elsewhere, guests can make use of a wide variety of facilities, including pools, a gym, Chill-Chill Spa, and even a mini convenience mart.
Emphasis has been placed on dine-in options, with a home delivery service available for local restaurants and street vendors, but there is a cafe and bar on-site.
