Northern Ireland hospitality group, Beannchor, has announced its plans to open a new £4m hotel in Belfast city centre.
The new 55-room hotel will wrap around Victoria St and Ann St, occupying Lagan House – an office block previously used by the Department of Justice. Subject to planning approval, the hotel is set to open in 2016.
Featuring a restaurant, bar and public work space featuring desktop computer access for both residents and non-residentes, the hotel will be led by “design, technology and efficiency”.
News of this development follows Beannchor’s £250,000 investment in the launch of a new Little Wing Pizzeria in Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh this summer.
