The demista and Cosyfloor brands have been sold to Aztec (Europe). The innovative demista heated mirror pads were jointly developed by R&D Marketing and Aztec, and have been manufactured in the UK by Aztec for over 20 years. The Cosyfloor underfloor heating range was launched over 10 years ago.
R&D Marketing has stressed that despite the change in ownership, the products will continue to be manufactured to a high standard. Sales are not confined to the UK, with export worldwide accounting for approximately 60% of demista’s sales.
David and Ruth Perl, the founders and directors of R&D Marketing, will continue to be involved with the development and growth of the two brands.
