Famille C Participations and Evok Collection has announced that Famille C Participations, the Courtin family’s investment company, has acquired a strategic stake in Evok Collection, the hotel division of Pierre Bastid’s group.
This €130 million investment seals an alliance between the two French family groups, which share a strong entrepreneurial culture and a common vision of luxury. This long-term commitment is based on shared agility and working methods that put people first.
With this investment, Famille C Participations is implementing the strategy led by Prisca Courtin and her teams, naturally expanding its business into hotel experiences where well-being is central.
Famille C Participations and Evok Collection intend to develop their ambitious and renewed vision of luxury hotels. The initial partnership for wellness activities (Clarins Spa) now paves the way for a broader and more fruitful collaboration.
Prisca Courtin, Managing Director of Famille C Participations, said: “Together with the teams at Famille C Participations, I am proud to support Evok’s development and to shake up the hotel industry to create exceptional places to live. This desire to innovate and modernise the luxury hotel industry is one of the keys to Evok’s success and one of the reasons for our partnership. We are very excited about this new commitment, which furthers our work in beauty and well being and embodies our ambition for the French art of living.”
Emmanuel Sauvage, Managing Director of Evok Collection, said: “We are honoured that Famille C Participations has taken a strategic stake in our hotel business: in addition to the recognition of the work done by the Evok teams over the last 10 years, we are particularly excited by the prospect of working in confidence to accelerate the development of our two leading brands, Nolinski and Brach. We will be able to share our vision of hotel excellence in additional locations, offering the extra soul that our customers expect.”
