Offering diners impressive views over the Thames, the two-storey restaurant features a striking interior complete with a floral installation by celebrity florist, Larry Walshe and eye-catching light sculptures by renowned designer Tom Dixon.
The menu at Four Degree is a distinctive fusion of Japanese and European cuisine and the kitchen is overseen by new Head Chef, Ricardo Garcia, who has previously worked at Jason Atherton’s Social Eating House and Michelin stared The Bingham.
Guests can also enjoy experimental yet equally refined seasonal cocktails, whilst enjoying views of London’s skyline on the Four Degree terrace.
