White Lodging Services has announced that the 170-room Hilton Garden Inn Lake Forest/Mettawa now features elements of Project Grow – a major brand revitalization initiative that includes upgrades to the property’s communal spaces, including the lobby and the guest reception area.
As part of the initiative the hotel updated carpet, wall vinyl, light fixtures and accent décor, with new and inviting seating areas also created.
“Our property’s recent lobby and restaurant renovation has created a more contemporary, open space offering a variety of seating options perfect for meeting with colleagues or gathering with family and friends,” says Jason Smith, general manager at Hilton Garden Inn Lake Forest/Mettawa.
“The space is designed to encourage our guests to spend more time in the area being productive or simply relaxing, which allows our team greater opportunity to interact with our guests. The renovation also included the introduction of the hotel’s new restaurant, the Garden Grille and Bar. Our redesigned menus and nightly specials provide a wide array of food and beverage options.”
Guests at the hotel can now start their day with a full cooked-to-order breakfast at the Garden Grille and Bar, or end it in one of the brand’s signature beds featuring fresh, white duvets and crisp linens. Each hotel room includes an oversized desk with an ergonomic desk chair; flat screen television; and a “hospitality center” with a mini-fridge, microwave oven, and coffee maker.
