Hospitality Action will host a tour of The Crown Jewels and three-course meal at the Tower of London on 10th April, in its bid to raise vital funds for hospitality professionals in need.
Christian Medlock, general manager at Tower of London – Ampersand, says: “The Crown Jewels are a speculator sight to behold – an extraordinary collection which has withstood the test of time. This unique fundraising dinner is a rare chance to view the Jewels away from the crowds, whilst enjoying a feast fit for a monarch. In 2013, Hospitality Action spent over half a million pounds supporting those in serious need, and the funds raised at this exceptional event will go a long way towards enabling the charity to support even more.”
Penny Moore, chief executive at Hospitality Action, adds: “We are very fortunate to be able to host this exclusive fundraising dinner at one of the UK’s most historic sights. Our guests will delight in seeing the Jewels at such close proximity, followed by a delicious meal in a truly atmospheric setting. The funds raised will enable us to keep assisting the entire spectrum of the hospitality industry and keep our support relevant to their growing needs.”
The event offers an ideal chance to enjoy a piece of history close up, network and show support for workers in the hospitality industry. Tickets for the event – priced at £125 per person or £1200 for groups of 10 people – include a private tour of The Crown Jewels, a champagne and canape drinks reception, a three-course meal at the New Armouries Restaurant and half a bottle of wine per person. To secure a place, readers should contact Giuliana Vittiglio or visit Hospitality Action’s website.
