The 14th edition of the Hotel Summit is set to take place from 13-14th May at the Radisson Blu Hotel, London Stansted. The event, which is organised specifically for hotel managers and directors, aims to condense months of work into two days by meeting the requirements of delegates and suppliers alike.
Guy Lwin, director of engineering at the Shangri-La Hotel, The Shard, London, comments: “I have registered to attend the Hotel Summit based on the knowledge that I can choose the suppliers with whom I want to meet, safe in the knowledge they are able to offer the services I have a requirement for, either currently or for future projects.
“I have attended Hotel Summit previously, and have found it to be very beneficial. Unlike an exhibition, the event is based around my needs, with ample networking opportunities allowing me to discuss current trends with other hotel professionals.”
Sarah Hendy, sales director at the Hotel Summit’s organiser, Forum Events, puts its success down to the high level of research and planning. She says: “From both the delegate and supplier perspective, we ensure every attendee gets the most from the summit.
“Delegates attend knowing that they will only meet with supplier companies they have requested, and in turn, the suppliers are aware that their meetings are matched with delegates who have an avid interest in the products or services they are promoting.”
Delegates have the opportunity to attend industry-related seminars presented by leading professionals throughout the event. The inspirational 45-minute sessions will cover topics pertinent to their role within the hotel industry.
Delegate registration for the 2013 Hotel Summit is complimentary, and includes meals and refreshments throughout the event, a place at the evening gala dinner on the 13th May and overnight accommodation at the Radisson Blu Hotel, London Stansted.
