After setting a ground-breaking precedent for dining in Dubai with the launch of Atlantis The Royal, Kerzner is now gearing up to unveil Dubai’s newest and boldest dining destination at One Za’abeel.
A monumental icon, The Link, is the world’s longest cantilever, perched between the dual towers of One Za’abeel, and will feature a flavour-packed portfolio of globally renowned chefs, bringing together 11 exciting culinary concepts in one exceptional location.
The line-up includes sophisticated French dining at La Dame de Pic enlivened by Anne-Sophie Pic, the most decorated Michelin-starred female chef in the world. Celebrating Cordoba’s culinary history, Qabu by Paco Morales will serve contemporary Moorish Cuisine. Having garnered two Michelin stars, he is known for his dynamic take on Andalusian cuisine.
Elevating traditional and modern Japanese cuisine is Sagetsu with Tetsuya Wakuda. The three Michelin-starred Chef marries classical French techniques with the Japanese philosophy of using natural, seasonal flavours into a refined cuisine. Bringing Bangkok’s most cutting-edge Thai experience is DuangDy by Bo.Lan power duo Bo Songvisava and Dylan Jones. Their one-Michelin starred restaurant, Bo.Lan was featured on Asia’s 50 Best List and was known for its sustainable ethos.
Arrazuna by Mehmet Gürs will serve the vibrant cuisines of the Levant and the Arabian Peninsula at a high-end food hall and market, featuring eight open kitchens and gourmet retail. The Michelin-starred chef is known for serving innovative Anatolian cuisine. The international street food eatery, StreetXO by Dabiz Muñoz is a unique concept based on serving haute cuisine dishes in an informal and unexpected ambience. Celebrated as one of Madrid’s most unconventional chefs, he draws inspiration from all over the world, has three Michelin stars, and has been named Best Chef in the World for the past two years.
One&Only’s homegrown concepts remain at the heart of One Za’abeel. Set to elevate the city’s nightlife will be Sphere at The Link. The chic destination bar will offer panoramic views, creative cocktails, sommelier-selected wines, and captivating entertainment. Tapasake, will be perched atop The Link with access to the UAE’s longest infinity pool and plush cabanas, serving contemporary Japanese-Peruvian cuisine and cocktails, backdropped by uninterrupted views of the Dubai skyline. At The Garden on Level 4, Andaliman will embrace the bold flavours of the Indonesian archipelago in an engaging and interactive atmosphere.
