CEO and founder Kristina will continue to drive the business, with the support of the new leadership team. Matteo Borgini, Design Director at the company, has now been promoted to Managing Director of the Dubai headquarters office, overseeing the design studio and operations. The company’s new Riyadh office will be headed by General Manager Amani El Ibrahim, a designer and partner in the business.
Design Directors Justin Condon and Sejal Patel will take on the new role of Design Principal, to supervise design direction and output on projects and foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the company. In addition, Operations Manager Fathima Rizana has been promoted to Operations Director, to oversee a growing HR, finance and administrative team.
“Over the last couple of years, we’ve seen our business grow not only in size, but also in scope and complexity while being able to consistently deliver on our clients’ expectations,” says Kristina Zanic, the company’s CEO and founder. “With a more empowered leadership team, we’re geared to effectively handle the level of work we have and the goals we’ve set for ourselves for the near future.”
“Promoting from within is a great way to empower our existing design team and to recognize the incredible effort and results they have collectively achieved,” she added. “For the Saudi market, having Amani lead our business there makes perfect sense, as her commitment to the company and familiarity with the local industry will help drive the ambitious plans we have for the market.”
“Our goal as a company has always been about offering exceptional design and personalized service to our clients, while maintaining a casual company culture for our employees. And this is what the team will continue to work towards.”
The company has projects currently underway in 15 countries, covering luxury hotels and resorts, restaurants, residences and corporate offices in Europe, Asia, and Africa.
