Max Brown 7th District will bring a cosy and charming place to call home in the heart of Vienna’s creative corner.
The 140-key property will be located in Vienna’s seventh district, known as Neubau, and is set across a six-storey building.
The hotel’s façade, painted in neutral tones, is inspired by the old Viennese colours of the ‘Biedermeier’ architectural style from the 18th century.
Inside, vintage furniture pieces, plush fabrics, and a calming, nature-inspired palette create an inviting, modern atmosphere.
Each guest room will be furnished with comfortable beds, complete with Auping bedframes and made entirely with recyclable materials, alongside Crosley record players, a kettle and tea set, free WiFi and fresh bread and coffee daily.
On the hotel’s ground floor, Israeli chef Eyal Shani will open Seven North, a restaurant and cocktail bar featuring dishes cookedin a traditional tabun clay oven with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal vegetables and fragrant ingredients frequently used in Southern Mediterranean cooking.
Elsewhere, there will also be an open-air terrace, as well as a small shop featuring local brands and weekly events held in collaboration with local creatives.
