A brand new company that aims to become Manchester’s ‘go-to’ solution for all of the city’s office design and environment needs, has launched today.
Spatial Office Environments, whose mission is to become a point of reference for excellence on all aspects related to office environments will be based in Clarence House, just off Albert Square in the city centre.
The team of seven, led by Paul Eatock, sales and marketing director, will primarily focus on the process of ‘space to working office’, through a sophisticated design, modelling and fit out implementation service.
Spatial will aim to change the way that people perceive their working environment, focusing on creating spaces that they will enjoy spending time in.
Paul Eatock comments, “The team at Spatial have, between them, gathered years of industry experience. We want Spatial to set the standard as to how the modern office should be delivered. We’re really looking forward to working together to deliver our vision of true excellence to Manchester’s office spaces.”
The Clarence House office will act as both a showroom for clients to experience the physical presence of office modules and holds the potential for the team at Spatial to conduct either 1-2-1 consultations or collate specific requirements based on a client’s specific needs.
Paul adds, “Every client and every space is different, which is why a personal service is high on our charter. We know that to become Manchester’s number one choice for office environments we need to meet every challenge and we need to create the perfect office for those that place their trust in us.”
Spatial has ambitious plans to take on Manchester’s burgeoning requirement for new offices, and as part of its growth plans will form synergy partnerships with commercial landlords, designers and architects. The company is already off to a flying start, with a number of high profile city centre contracts already underway.
