Pan Chai, the UK’s first and only pan-Asian franchise, has expanded with the recent opening of Pan Chai petite at Bicester Village, Oxfordshire.
Pan Chai petite launched within luxury designer outlet shopping destination Bicester Village in late January. The temporary pop-up site is planned to operate until 12th April 2015, with a plan to move within a permanent site within the complex following this.
Owner Eddie Lim is thrilled with the new addition to his restaurant group, which also includes the recent opening of Chai Wu in Harrods with which he is enjoying great success. “We are delighted to be expanding the Pan Chai brand with the launch of casual dining concept Pan Chai petite,” he says. “Diners can expect the same high level of cuisine Pan Chai offers, but in a slightly less formal setting and at a lower price point.”
