PH Hotels held its annual Quality Wins weekend at the prestigious Beaumont Estate, Windsor. PH colleagues from around the UK were treated to a weekend of fun and celebration, including team-building activities and a gala dinner.
The event celebrates success throughout the group and champions quality and commitment to excellence at all levels, ranging from customer service to hotel operations. The winners had been nominated for outstanding performance at their individual hotels, and took home a trophy in recognition of their achievements.
Chief executive at PH Hotels, Tony Troy, says: “Our annual Quality Wins weekend rewards outstanding members of our team for their contribution to the business over the course of the year. It is an important date in our diary and it was great to celebrate the team’s hard work and commitment.”
Hayley Cannon, a member of the reception team at The Royal York Hotel, York, was awarded Colleague of the Year for her high level of commitment to guest satisfaction. Other awards included an Environmental Excellence accolade, which went to The St David’s Hotel & Spa in Cardiff; and a Service Excellence award for The George Hotel in Edinburgh. The PH Hotels Hotel of the Year award winner was The Grand Central Hotel, Glasgow.
