Continuing its exciting journey from humble beginnings as a street food stall on East London’s Brick Lane, Rosa’s Thai Café is delighted to announce the launch of its first West London location in Chelsea, setting up shop in a Grade-II listed building on Fulham Road.
Husband and wife team, Alex and Saiphin Moore will introduce SW10 to their winning combination of authentic, home-cooked, comforting Thai food including a range of brand new dishes and a debut cocktail offering, inspired by Saiphin’s travels across Asia.
Lovingly created by co-owner and head chef Saiphin Moore, Rosa’s Chelsea will offer a seasonally changing menu that celebrates traditional cooking techniques, bursting with the punchy, flavoursome, signature Thai dishes with a modern twist that have won Rosa’s its legion of fans.
A first for Rosa’s will be the arrival of a dedicated cocktail bar serving inspired exotic fruit and spiced blends at great value.
Reflecting the fact that Rosa’s is a marriage of two cultures, the new look combines the contemporary with the kitsch, divided into two distinct areas replicating that of a modern Chelsea-style living room in the bar at the front complete with feature fireplaces, contrasted against the more iconic minimalist Rosa’s décor in the restaurant at the back with a variety of slumber-back dining chairs and banquette seating.
Key features include terrazzo-style flooring, white ceramic brick wall tiling, chalked-up menu blackboards and traditional artwork specially commissioned from Thailand.
