The Waldorf Hilton, London, has welcomed Alison Palin as GM. Alison brings extensive hotel management experience to the role, with nearly 30 years of service in the hospitality industry.
Prior to joining The Waldorf Hilton, Alison worked across numerous Hilton hotels, including Hilton London Kensington and Hilton Montreal Airport. Her most recent role has been as GM at Hilton Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, Roissy-en-France.
Alison says: “It’s an exciting time to join the team, with the ongoing guest room refurbishment revitalising the hotel’s original art deco features. As one of the capital’s most historic hotels, it also enjoys a fantastic location with many of London’s iconic attractions on its doorstep. Its rich history offers some fantastic stories and anecdotes, and I feel extremely privileged to be given the opportunity to lead the team into the next phase of its legacy.”
