Wilson Associates has appointed Monika Moser as Regional Managing Director, Europe, and Juan Carlos Rodriguez Artigas as Design Director of the award-winning firm’s new London office.
Located on Goswell Road in London’s lively Shoreditch neighborhood, the new Wilson Associates office will serve as a regional hub, providing a full-range of services including interior architectural design, food and beverage design, architectural concepts, and art consultation.
Previously Managing Director of Atelier Tristan Auer, Wilson Associates Paris, Monika Moser will now lead the firm’s efforts throughout Europe in her new role. She will work closely with the Paris and London offices on business development, oversee operations for the region, and enhance collaborative efforts between all of Wilson Associates’ offices globally.
“The London office allows Wilson Associates to build upon decades of experience and plant ourselves in one of Europe’s prominent design centers,” says Monika. “We are better equipped to serve our local clients and develop our technical expertise specific to the local market.”
Under Moser’s leadership, Juan Carlos Rodriguez Artigas will serve as Design Director for the London office. Rodriguez Artigas is an architect and interior designer with extensive international experience, specialising in high-end hospitality and residential design.
Prior to joining Wilson Associates, Rodriguez Artigas was an independent designer and creative consultant in the luxury commercial and residential markets in Spain. His tenure as Design Director of Rockwell Europe gave him the opportunity to manage a portfolio of prestigious hospitality projects across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
With 15 years of experience in the creative field, Rodriguez Artigas will bring his ability to translate a brand’s essence into a cutting-edge design concept and deliver a distinct and memorable experience to occupants of the spaces he creates.
Rodriguez Artigas adds: “I’m thrilled to join Wilson Associates and look forward to playing an instrumental role in launching the new London office. More and more people are figuring out that quality design is tied to experience, not just a physical space – this is an exciting time in design.”
