Both team members have deep roots in the industry. Aldwin has been with Wilson since 2010, and Jason, for six years. With more than 20 years experience, Aldwin and Jason have extensive project portfolios and the know-how after working for different firms across multiple countries over the years.
While at Wilson, Aldwin has designed multiple award-winning hotels and resorts including the Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Resort, and the recently completed Hilton Jinan. He championed new CAD standards five years ago and continues this work with the global team. An intrepid team leader, Aldwin encourages his colleagues to think outside the box and create designs that further elevate Wilson’s reputation.
As director of operations, Jason and his team of project managers have streamlined productivity and efficiency in Wilson’s Singapore office and in the AsiaPAC region. Jason has also contributed his business acumen to various business development initiatives, and contributed his superb client relations skills to maintain high levels of customer service.
A designer himself, Jason has also dedicated himself to mentoring young talent while creating platforms for opportunities and growth within the organisation.
